NS. DETACHED HOUSE IN VALLVIDRERA

Project

This house is built on three levels because of the complex topography of the ground. The entrance is along an external staircase through a porch on the mid-level, overlooking the whole city. The balcony-porch ends up being the image of the project and is characterized by some large concrete sheets which protect the house from the weather and allow large glass openings, and also dignify the façade and the porch by evoking the role columns in classical architecture.
