MR HOUSE IN PREMIÀ DE MAR

Project

This house is part of the traditional houses around it which characterize the old quarter of Premià de Mar, with a façade that retains the most important features of the urban morphology. A wooden plinth painted with the typical green of the village introduces the entrance porch and the lattice bars of the kitchen. On the first floor the balconies avoid the tangential view of the road from inside in order to focus on the sea view.

Inside, the house is centred around the courtyard and on the wide views.
