BLOCK OF 32 APARTMENTS IN SANT SADURNI D’ANOIA

Project

The apartments are grouped in blocks around three staircases, allowing each entrance to be adapted to the relief of the street outside. The geometry of the rooftop disguises the asymmetry of the blocks.
The façade at street level is black terrazzo and wooden slats with a black brick overlay.
Galvanized laminates cover the hollows and form the balconies. The development thus acquires its overall image. On the ground floor to the rear of the building (where there will be an open space of public use), the project plan includes offices and protected housing, the roofs of which will be used as terraces for the first-floor apartments.
