Project

Project to build 114 private apartments in Palma de Mallorca.

To allow the rich vegetation of the inner courtyard to be seen from the street and to avoid closed corners four separate blocks are proposed.

Main entrance doors are all off the inner courtyard, this promoting its use as a “public square” and giving the development a unique feel.

The ground-floor façade is treated pine wood on a plinth and surrounded by balconies, and pine-wood partitions lead to the entrance doors.
