5 HOUSES IN LA BONANOVA

Project

A plot with a single entrance must be divided to build 5 detached houses. Vehicle access shapes the design. If the street were the border of the plot, gardens would be significantly smaller and privacy jeopardized. Therefore, the project proposes the street to be covered. This allows the houses to be open on both façades – generating better views and more sunlight, and closed at the sides where the houses are closer.
