BLOCK OF 56 APARTMENTS IN BARCELONA

Project

Given its position, the building must harmonise with imposing construction surrounding it. To keep it within scale, we plan to unite the buildings with terraces, which will make each block independent while giving the perception of one whole building.

The new courtyards between buildings, with overhang terraces, will proportion a spacious area and will become the true exterior access to the building.
