Apartment building in Barberá del Vallès

The apartments are aligned so that all the humid rooms can be supported by a ventilated wall, starting from the access corridors.

The standard ground plan scheme, optimized for 10 apartments, loses its compactness by opening the courtyard up to the outside and stylizing the volume. This becomes the main space of the building, as it is the place where all the entrances are and has also a connection with the collective balcony in one of the floors.
