Project
The project respects the planned design, which proposes one block at the north
façade and two side blocks, in order to open the inner garden to the
north façade with access from each one of the surrounding streets on
the ground floor. The rental apartments are grouped together in a single block
(south block) in a walkway scheme with 2-bedroom apartments.
The walkway is set back from each apartment in order to personalize it, to
guarantee its privacy and to improve its architectural quality. A continuous
balcony outside the apartments controls the level of sun on the south façade,
and together with ventilation in the living room guarantees optimum climate.
