Project

The plot is surrounded mostly by secluded buildings, in the middle of open land. The project respects the surroundings and the blocks will be set in a park. The design suggests a grouping of small buildings which allows the public space to flow between the buildings.
The formal treatment of the façades uses traditional elements from Malllorca’s architecture (ceramic lattices, wooden window blinds, white stucco, etc...), applied to abstract designs on the buildings.
