Project

We suggest a mainly vertical, solid style in fitting with the values of strength and lasting significance intrinsic to the building’s location and the city of Barcelona.

A continuous façade of white concrete slabs offers a varying perspective depending on the angle of the sun, and an opaque, perpendicularly-solid appearance in contrast to the totally transparent interior. The slabs provide protection from the sun’s rays while also offering a robust façade, distant from curtain walls, and in keeping with traditional architecture.

This homogeneous treatment of space is harmonised with multiple quirks: exterior terraces, closed glass balconies jutting out from the façade, and rounded corners which give style and character to the building.
