IBERCON OFFICE BUILDING, PALMA DE MALLORCA

Project

This is an office building for the IBERCON property development company. There is an entrance to the sales area on the ground floor. To access the other floors there are exterior metal staircase across the garden to the first floor entrance hall. The façade sets that difference between the ground floor and the rest of the building through a metal sheet which protects the working area.
Inside the building, the layout consists of dark pieces of furniture which contrast with a green set of carpets and with the orange service zone (stairs, restrooms, etc...).
