FLAMA SCHOOL, MANRESA

Project

The building concentrates in a pure geometric form, responding to the great scale of the surrounding buildings and the Manresa's highway impact. Therefore the building closes itself and focuses into the interior, recovering the patio tradition in the academic environment, a cloister that allows the silence and concentration required in the study practice. The ground floor, slightly depressed in the terrain, includes the kindergarten, the gymnasium, the dining room and the library, concentrating all the classrooms on the upper floor.
